Ugh, I was crossing my fingers they wouldn't ask me to file proof of residency when I applied. I don't know if it's something they make everyone do or what, but I really hope it doesn't come.

Michigan will not ask you to file a residency application, Unam. They ask for that before they furnish the status checker.

Good to know, thanks! I didn't think they would really do it, but you know how neurotic the whole process makes you. I've literally lived/worked only in Michigan my entire life.

I realize I'm becoming strangely zen about this entire process. I didn't even bother to check my status checker until just now today. Between the LSAT and LS apps, I honestly think if nothing else I've gained the tenacity to endure the wait for 0L grades.

I'm glad I'm not the only one. I'm not even really upset or down, just more of a sense of growing apathy. The only time I've really thought about this entire process as much as I did a month or so ago is when I realize I have to MOVE ACROSS A COUNTRY wherever I go (unless its Berks) which kind of reminds me that I'm kind of in limbo until I hear back from the rest of my schools so I can start looking at moving stuff.
