Ok, so if we don't get a JS2 on Monday (3 days after our KB1s), then you are allowed to bring back the negativity.carboncopyx wrote:... and they only interviewed on Tuesday. as a JS0 tottering on the precipice of dingdom, i move that any complaining from JS1ers should take place in a different thread.ManOfTheMinute wrote:Ok, so if we don't get a JS2 on Monday (3 days after our KB1s), then you are allowed to bring back the negativity.carboncopyx wrote:... and they only interviewed on Tuesday. same feeling.. I think as long as we keep dodging bullets... we will get our JS2 someday...
I was being facetious. And I wouldn't consider myself forgotten since, as far as I know, they haven't dinged any of us Jan completes yet.ManOfTheMinute wrote:Audeamus wrote:Brosef, we're all still "applicants" ... we have a thread for the forgottenManOfTheMinute wrote:as a JS0 tottering on the precipice of dingdom, i move that any complaining from JS1ers should take place in a different thread.carboncopyx wrote: Ok, so if we don't get a JS2 on Monday (3 days after our KB1s), then you are allowed to bring back the negativity.
you might be the last one standing.. good luck solider!d330 wrote:Any JS1s from around 1/9 still here besides me?
Thanks spyke123. I feel like I'm calling for a last charge and seeing only open air around me. And now that folks are getting call backs in less time than it takes to feel hungry during a fast, this is truly feeling like the last stand.spyke123 wrote:you might be the last one standing.. good luck solider!d330 wrote:Any JS1s from around 1/9 still here besides me?
Still here -- mine was around that time. No hold, but no word. Nothing to do but wait I guess. Hope we get good news soon!d330 wrote:Any JS1s from around 1/9 still here besides me?

okay i thought it had always been a 15-20 minute interview, so i was surprised. mine ran 13:40, three questions from me. *tries to not think about it*ManOfTheMinute wrote:How long did yours last? Also, I think its always been described as a 10-15 minute interview...carboncopyx wrote:Yeah, she said 10-15 minutes to talk, which I found short. But maybe the interviews are just getting shorter and shorter.volp wrote:question: did kb tell you that you had 15 minutes at the beginning of the interview?

Do we know what her UGPA was? I mean, it sounds like her whole life is being a paralegal, so I doubt she has many other softs beyond being a legacy...vzapana wrote:Also, if she were a real-life applicant, her PS would've had to be blatantly ungrammatical and nonsensical, or she would have had to kill someone, for her not to get in.
To get a paralegal job at a "top 3 firm", you would need a stellar ugpa and some solid law-oriented extracurriculars, I'd imagine. Also, she's a black applicant with a 99th-percentile LSAT score. There are fewer than 100 black applicants with a 3.5+ ugpa/ 165+ lsat score nationwide, according to the ABA's fisher amicus brief. She's basically a law school unicorn.ManOfTheMinute wrote:Do we know what her UGPA was? Softs include a PHD in the art of seduction and a brief stint on a reality TV show. I'd say she got a raw deal. Or no deal...ManOfTheMinute wrote:Do we know what her UGPA was?
