I called yesterday and wasn't able to glean any helpful information ... you should try though!

I'm essentially curious as to if there are open seats at this point.

If I hadn't completely outted myself here (and if she hadn't been so nice) I'd strongly consider posting a direct line for the pleasure of knowing that some law admissions director is going crazy.

Called earlier and this is what I got:

-There will be no decisions released today, the committee is traveling/and or already gone for the weekend
- Going under review is a good sign that you'll receive a decision soon. She said that I could probably expect a decision within two weeks and as early as next week.
- The class is NOT full! The woman I spoke to said they fully expect to make offers to students on the reserve list

So unfortunately it seems like we're still in for a bit of a wait, but the good news is that we at least still have a chance at filling in those empty seats!

This is good to know, and I sort of assumed it was so anyway since they just offered a spot to splitmuch that he declined. Now, if only we could get them to pull a UCLA and send out the list of matriculating students, we could get an idea of how many of us are going to get off reserve.

I just went under review today. As far as the rumors go, I was placed on reserve around the same time last month, and my last name is between M and...T. I suppose it could be alphabetical or date of decision if they're wicked efficient, but I don't think so.

Hello all, I was placed on the reserve list in mid May (applied early January, went complete in mid March ) and I am *patiently* waiting to be placed under review. Last name in the last part of the alphabet, stats: 167, 3.95. Will let you know when something changes...

I believe we confirmed it's not alphabetically a while ago.
