There have been one or two reported calls in the afternoon. But most are in the morning california time.

I'm assuming this means at least some DLS's from yesterday are WL.

With a rather poor LSAT score (below 170), I feel extremely lucky and humbled by my admission to Stanford. I wish you guys good luck.

There were 3 people last year on LSN who got accepted after the WLs started rolling out.

So the answer is "almost"

Those 3 spots are reserved for r6, Cardinals, and Knock this year (I hope). Maybe dean Deal is secretly lurking this forum and wants to add a little to the excitement.

Couldn't agree more. The rational part of me realizes that a waitlist or rejection is very likely BUT there is this other twisted, disgustingly optimistic part of me that keeps thinking-- hey, I've survived some review without being dinged and acceptances are still going out...

Just want to put in another encouraging word for those of you looking at being waitlisted.... SLS does pull from waitlist, and sometimes early!! I got pulled in the last week of May, and I know others who got pulled in June, July, and yes, all the way into early August. You are JUST as likely to succeed here if you get pulled from the waitlist as if you got in straight out; at least two waitlist kids got GREAT grades, and all of us did just as well in finding 1L jobs as anyone else.

I sent a total of four LOCI, so if you're anywhere short of that, I would say it doesn't hurt to send another. Show your love!

SLS is absolutely and unequivocally worth the wait, so don't feel discouraged. Good luck!!!!!
