got me excited for half a second - thought it was an e-mail about whether or not they've selected me off wait-list. haha still good to be updated unlike a lot of other schools (cough USD cough)

I loved USF too...they should wouldn't budge on funding when other similarly ranked schools were happy to talk to me about getting me to enroll.

Yes they're stingy. I've known friends who have been admitted (in the last two years) with lower numbers, similar extracurricular and work experience but got at least $25,000.00. I don't get it. :|

My status checker went blank in the area that used to say "Application Complete."

Anyone else experience something similar?

Edit: Just got an email saying that if I want to be accepted I must respond to their email...how unorthodox! (get it?)

Were you on the waitlist? Maybe this is a sign that they've began pulling from their massive WL. The email looks like a great sign, congrats.

No, but I applied really late (1/30) and my LORs weren't processed for a while, so I didn't go complete until March.

Just got the e-mail too. 30 seats doesn't seem like much for some reason. How many people here are still on WL and still seriously interested?

hmm, e-mailed them asking about my app, their response was basically "sh*t, our bad, you're in, please responds if you're still interested"

In off the waitlist today, and very happy. I have the option of returning to my favorite city in my home state. Need to email Mr. Guerrero back tomorrow to let him know I will accept the offer and deposit. But now I am beating my head against the wall. My heart and my brain tell me to choose USF, but McGeorge is still popping into my head and yelling don't forget about me. I have read the USF vs. McGeorge thread many times. Anyone want to end this debate I am having for me?

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
Just kidding ... it's still FREE!
