The Admissions information says they begin sending out scholarship offers in February.

I am keeping my fingers crossed, but not counting on anything.

I'd much rather have triceps than abs. Not an abs-guy, whether it comes to myself or my guy. Alas, my workouts put me in pretty great shape, but nowhere near Ryan.

so a decision was mailed on the 16th, a little under two weeks after i went complete. given that no one has been dinged yet, can i safely assume that i've got an acceptance coming my way? also, did everyone always have admitted student stuff show up on the virtual vuls calendar, or is that a tell-tale sign?

Oh god, I finally went to decision mailed! I'm so nervous! For those already accepted, how long did it take to reach you and which address did they send it to? I'm currently away from both of my addresses and want to know who to bug about the mail in the ensuing days!

Probably in.

It's great how sub-3.0 GPAs are the third rail of law school admissions. I've been completely since 10/30 and I'm just waiting, waiting, waiting.

i was just screwing around on the vuls website. the student ambassadors section could be really helpful later on in the process. didn't really notice it earlier but i like it a lot.

Oh yeah, I called again and the lady I spoke with THIS time said they don't have a hard-and-fast 8 week turnaround timetable. So, there's that.

+1. I actually emailed a 3L from my undergrad. He has been incredibly helpful thus far.

I didn't interview which I really regret because so many people who applied around the same time with comparable stats got a MUCH faster turnaround. It could be coincidence, but I doubt that because people were hearing a few days to a week after interviewing and it took me friggin over a month. Hope that long wait doesn't mean bad news bears, though....

With Vandy it seems 3.5, at least early on, is a definite threshold for them. Only two people on LSN have been accepted with below that.

And you're not alone. I've been complete since 10/16.
