Yep. Don't think a lot of thought and planning hasn't gone into it, but you don't know the state of finance in our household, etc, so for you passing on a $40k job opportunity might be an awful idea but I am fortunate enough to be in a position where that isn't necessary due to excellent foresight and discipline.

No offense but my family is very well off and I don’t need to work…my parents would support me if I wanted them to, but I like paying for myself because it gives me a sense of accomplishment and pride. I took a year off not because I didn’t have foresight but because I felt I needed a break. I CHOSE to do everything I am currently doing and I’m not stuck in a minimum wage job, so what you said is kindof insulting. I don't know if you meant it like that, but that's how it came off.

It ended up reading a lot more arrogant than it was supposed to, sorry about that. It is true though, my husband and I made intelligent fiscal decisions early on when the majority of our contemporaries were happy to piss away all of their money, that's all. A bit of pride ended up sounding offensive.

It is at the bottom of page 2 of the PDF about info on the school.
