Anyone in a similar boat, or have an idea as to when the WL will start to hear back? Obviously it'll be some time after all outstanding applications have a decision rendered, just trying to get an idea.
I think it seems like it's usually 2 weeks, but I've been UR since 1/25 and haven't heard back yet, and it seems like that's the case for everyone who went UR around when I did.brewpub16 wrote:Went UR over the weekend. Does anyone know how fast they usually reach a decision? Is the status checker updated before email? etc.
Usually 2-3 weeks. Status checker will update to decision letter sent the day the email comesbrewpub16 wrote:Went UR over the weekend. Does anyone know how fast they usually reach a decision? Is the status checker updated before email? etc.

Also how did you find the accepted students FB page? Was there a link in one of the emails they sent us?

Hopefully they'll send out info before March. I would love to start my actual decision making process in the next few weeks.spookyg_g_ghost wrote:Nope but boy would I like to hear from them about it.MAqee9898 wrote:Anyone get scholarship info yet?
70k a year seems a little low but maybe I'm overestimated how expensive housing is in Boston. I'm under the impression you're looking at paying 1500 a month for a decent place which would make the COA closer to 75 or even 80k a year. Still don't see COA reaching 260k thoughAugy1 wrote:Can someone please tell me the full COA for BC. LST has it at around 260K but according to BC the annual student cost is around 70K per year. Maybe it includes housing, transit, parking fees (which I didn't realize were a thing, southerners smh), or something of the sort. Still seems steep though, but I'd rather highball it than lowball it.RParadela wrote:70k a year seems a little low but maybe I'm overestimated how expensive housing is in Boston. Yeah it does include that stuff but I don't see how BC is gonna cost 86k a year when tuition is 48k unless you're living in the penthousejstans wrote:Maybe it includes housing, transit, parking fees (which I didn't realize were a thing, southerners smh), or something of the sort. It was in the 40s today!! So nice compared to what we've had the last week or so.Dodocogon wrote:I'm itching to get up to Boston later this month... weather doesn't look too bad at this point, we'll see!
Yea I got you. I am heading up to Boston next Thursday from NYC. I will tell you what I think about the overall vibe. I will tell you what we do as well since the event is from 9 am - 3pm.Stylnator wrote:Since I know I won't be able to make it out for ASW could someone PM me their honest impression of the school/campus/people after the weekend is over? I won't make any hard decisions without info on $$ but I'd like to know as much about the school as I can!
