Means they are holding you for the Ruby... Seriously, try not to read too much into the UR updates. I spent the last week guessing at what a UR4 12/18 means, and today I am right where I started.

Impossible to say. This year Chicago seems to be changing up their timeframe, so number of interviews might also change.

So weird. Why does t say 12/26 when nobody is working there on that day? Their network cannot be so slow that it takes several days to process an update from when it was entered (presumably on the 23rd).
