Congrats guys!

Are there a lot of people here in East Coast time zones? I applied pretty early and I'm wondering if I got passed up or if there are a lot of people in the same boat.

P.S. Stanford's my first choice. I'm so nervous now.

2 people have gotten calls so far that we know of, both complete in September. I wouldn't worry yet. A lot more calls to make this cycle.

How long does it take to get the email with Stanford's status checker? I applied on Wednesday, 1/7- should I get nervous?

I got mine within a couple of days, but since they seem to be very short-staffed, it may take longer at this point in the cycle. I'd give it a few more days before I started worrying.

So have there been any reported calls past 7:30, I guess there is still a few more business hours on this coast, but seems odd.

+1, these teeny tiny waves are reminiscent of Yale.

I refuse to call it over before 5pm though.

RE Elle Woods: Do you think she just woke up one morning and said "I think I'll go to law school today"?

RE Dean Deal: Do you think she just woke up one morning and said "I think I'll let two people go to law school today"?

Oh. My. God.

I never thought...

Still in shock. I'm going to remember the electric thrill of this moment for the rest of my life.

STANFORD LAW SCHOOL CLASS OF 2018 HERE I COMEEEEEEE! :D :D :D

Best of luck to everyone who's waiting with bated breath. On days like this, it's worth our while to keep in mind the words of great American hero John Steinbeck: "And now that you don't have to be perfect, you can be good." #whocaresaboutyaleanyway #westcoastbestcoast #SLSwag

Given this guy's other posts on the Penn thread, this is really quite bizarre. He must have no life.

I wish I had the kind of poetic imagination that goes into "sun's out, guns out." Also, I notice we have similar usernames! Are you also a 2014-2015/class of 2018 applicant?

This might have been the most anticlimactic day of my life.

OK. Not of my life. I shouldn't flatter myself. But of the last couple of months.

(This applies to the Harvard thread too. *Ahem*, JS.)

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
Just kidding ... it's still FREE!
