Is the 10 day UR -> decision timeline generally true for RD too? Been UR since the 7th.

That's only true for Priority Track or Accelerated Early Decision applicants. It is not true for regular RD or regular ED apps.TheSpanishMain wrote:Is the 10 day UR -> decision timeline generally true for RD too? Been UR since the 7th.

Ah, gotcha. Any idea how long it's typical to be UR for for RD types?
Also, congrats to admits!

Usually, RD types in the past didn't hear back until December BUT this year RD types already heard back first week of October. So could be anytime now!TheSpanishMain wrote:Ah, gotcha. Any idea how long it's typical to be UR for for RD types?

Looking for something to quell my neuroticism, so I'm asking this stupid question:
I submitted PT on the 2nd, it went complete on the 3rd, and today is the 13th. Today is definitely the 10th day, yes?

Congrats! And yeah, I wish other schools would move as fast as Duke. I think UVA is the only other one currently admitting students. Any other schools come to mind as early responders for non ED folk?AvatarEyes08 wrote:In via PT. Nice to get the first acceptance out of the way

Am I right in thinking that at this point all PT decisions are taking the full ten days?

Duke Law School is on Fall Break this week. Does anyone know if the admissions department still meets to review this week?

well my tenth day is this week, and priority track guarantees ten days max after submission. So, I assume they will still send out decisions this week.falbader wrote:Duke Law School is on Fall Break this week. Does anyone know if the admissions department still meets to review this week?

I know that feel, bro. I went under review on the 7th and nothing since. No emails, no date change, nada. I'm probably a WL anyway, but c'mon fo real.lastsamurai wrote:Okay, the first few days of this waiting game were fine, but now I'm starting to freak out a bit!
