That's only true for Priority Track or Accelerated Early Decision applicants. It is not true for regular RD or regular ED apps.

Usually, RD types in the past didn't hear back until December BUT this year RD types already heard back first week of October. So could be anytime now!

Congrats! And yeah, I wish other schools would move as fast as Duke. I think UVA is the only other one currently admitting students. Any other schools come to mind as early responders for non ED folk?

well my tenth day is this week, and priority track guarantees ten days max after submission. So, I assume they will still send out decisions this week.
