^ True. From a look at the top - personal effort seems to be important at Michigan. I mean, with the dean taking time out of what I can imagine is a very hectic schedule to write personal notes to potential applicants, it seems the least one could do is return the favor and write something specific to the school. Just saying...dusters wrote:If you want to go to the school why not write the essay? It takes about 2 hours tops if you are being slow about it. Especially if your numbers are way higher or lower I think it lets them know you are really interested and not just sending out apps to 30 schools.
