You're not alone, mine updated too. Status updated at about 2:30 PM or so (Pacific time). I'm hoping that no news is good news; last year they emailed me right away when my status updated (was waitlisted).

Wow, just got WL. Email says the admissions committee made a "favorable recommendation" but they still wait listed me. Well then!

WAT?
It says, "The admissions committee reviewed your application materials and made a favorable recommendation based on your strong academic and personal achievements." It continues by saying that they don't have enough seats and that's why I got WL'ed and not accepted. Wow.
Edit: it ends by saying, "we regret that we cannot make an offer to you at this time".

Congrats all that have gotten in!
Still no email, but I just got an AppAlert that my status checker changed to include the "Deposit Paid" checklist item under the Requirements List section. Is this a good sign? For you that got in, did yours change to include this as well?
Sorry, I am probably being super annoying. But UW is my #1 choice and I cant stand the waiting.

I was waitlisted on Jan. 25th. This is my second cycle, but last year only applied to Seattle U, DePaul, and Chicago Kent ITT and was accepted to each. Still figuring out the whole law school admissions game and process. The email (same boilerplate response as described earlier) mentions they will start getting back to W/Ls "mid-May". UW would be my clear first choice at this point, and I would have no problem paying full tuition over my other scholarship offers. Obviously I'm going to need to make a deposit elsewhere (as most have April 15th due dates) in the meantime, but does anyone know or have previous experience getting accepted off a waitlist or being waitlisted at UW? How many W/Ls they typically send out? Any info would be greatly appreciated.
I am still holding out some hope, but probably need to mentally prepare for moving from Seattle.
