i was on the non-special preferred waitlist and received the small group email on Monday.
PT, I think. I applied PT, but later told them I was open to FT as well. The email I received today didn't specify which program I was admitted to but I'll know tomorrow when I check the ASW and will keep you guys posted in case anyone is interested on a certain answer.

I got mine from the name contact for SPWL

I hope this message finds you well. I'm writing to you today as part
of our continuing efforts to keep you apprised and to give you an
update on the waitlist situation at Georgetown Law. We've just
finished taking inventory of the responses to our first tuition
deposit deadline. The response to this deadline was quite strong. We
were able to make a very small number of offers to our waiting lists
candidates, primarily to the part-time program, and we don't
anticipate that there will be any movement on the waitlist until our
second deposit deadline on June 1. Of course, this is only the first
deposit deadline, so it's always possible that things could change as
the spring and summer progress.

We promise to be in touch with another update by June 10, at the
latest. Please be advised that if spaces do open up in the class,
one of the important factors in the Committee's consideration at this
point is your interest in committing to Georgetown. While we stop
short of asking you to commit yourself, we do expect that if you
continue to remain on the waitlist, you will be able to make a quick
decision if the Committee contacts you in the future.

Thank you again for your continuing interest (and patience) in
Georgetown. We will be in touch by June 10.

I'm on the PWL and got it from Sophia Sim... did not get one of those "handful of applicants we'll consider" emails.

I think it went to the whole group.. I just got the email from Sophia Sim. I'm on the regular waitlist, FT/PT, did not receive any of the small group emails, and my status checker is still at 11/2 (when I received my waitlist decision). There.. I think that is all the relevant information

Have to say I'm really surprised at how little movement there has been. Perhaps they overenrolled? I mean, even the Harvard waitlist thread is quite active .... you'd think GULC would be letting in some waitlisters at this stage.

I was SPWL and got the small group email Monday. I just received this email:

Dear Magnolia,

I hope this message finds you well. I'm writing to you today to give

that you will need to go forward with your plans elsewhere. If there

I've been doing this a long time and my experience tells me that
things often change from week to week (with you and us). Please feel
free to respond to this e-mail with any information or updates that
you would like the Committee to have. We very much appreciate your
interest in Georgetown and your commitment to enrolling if you are
admitted. If you can hang in there, I promise we will be in touch
with updates.

Just got the same exact email. Were you on the WL for the full-time program, part-time program, or both? Not sure how to interpret this email but it seems to have a positive tone?
