This might be a dumb question, but what's the logic behind withdrawing applications before getting a decision? If you know there's no way you'd attend, it will open up a spot for other applicants that would die to go to said school... yay! Lol yeah I said "top choice" for all of my top choices. I figured it was more honest than saying flat out #1. But it might be a nice kicker for adcomms. Who knows. 3 years WE as well.
