Sort of: I'm visiting UIUC, BU/BC, WUSTL, and Colorado by April 1. If Davis gives me any $ (which seems unlikely ) I will DEFINITELY be at their ASW on April 8. I am hoping that visiting will help me make some decisions!

usually every evening at 6PM the date below the status check login button updates to the current date. right now it's at 12/22 ...so i'm guessing they're having some issues.

I saw that the status checker had the 12/22 date and was not taking my password, and my first thought was "I bet everyone at tls is freaking out right now!" I'm glad to see that I was right, and that I'm not the only one who panicked.

Davis, I hope your status checker problem is that you log jammed it with acceptances for myself and everyone in thread.

Same. I think a few people from that date have been waitlisted already, so hopefully they've moved on to accept/denials. But that's probably just wishful thinking on my part.

it's probably a glitch because it happened right when it was time for the checker to update. i hope this doesn't mean we have to wait till tomorrow night though.

My status checker or admitted student website isn't working either. I've been in contact with admissions regarding submitting a deposit and they said they would make it available on their website on Friday or Monday... I assume technical updates probably have to do with the site being down.

Davis, why is your status checker down and I haven't even gone into review?!?! Sigh, first choice school, last school to be even looked at. It really looks like, even if I went in review this week, I'll end up having to deposit somewhere else before a decision is made.

It looks like a lot of people are still waiting to go under review. If anyone is interested, I called yesterday and asked if adding a LOR, updating my gpa, or writing a Letter of Intent is a good idea at this point, and was told that adding anything to my application at this point would only slow the process down. They were super nice about it, but I'm like please just move my file from limbo to purgatory? I don't even need a yes/no/maybe, I just need to see some movement since December.

Still weighing my options. I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to leave my dog behind, and it would be very much unmanly if I were to scream "CHEEEETOOOOOOO!!!!!!" (That's my dogs name. I didn't choose it.) in the middle of a lecture and run out crying. It's a real possibility.

What's your first choice? Oh also, the comment about the parachute totally cracked me up!
