I submitted on 10/31 and was sent an email about my status on 11/8
Good Luck!
Question...does anyone know how generous is with money? I'm worried about the cost of living in NYC without a job.

Fordham Law IS in NYC proper--it's in the Lincoln Center campus.Arbiter213 wrote:It's not in NYC proper- you could easily live in one of the cheaper southern Westchester suburbs (Yonkers) and commute- drive would be like 10 minutes/ its across from a Metronorth station.IsleMet wrote:DorianGray89 wrote:When did you guys submit?

Only way I'm going here is with solid $$ though, so I have the same question.

Actually, the Law School is in the Lincoln Center campus, not Rose Hill. I know people who commute from the suburbs/NJ but it's tough.Arbiter213 wrote:IsleMet wrote:It's not in NYC proper- you could easily live in one of the cheaper southern Westchester suburbs (Yonkers) and commute- drive would be like 10 minutes/ its across from a Metronorth station.DorianGray89 wrote:When did you guys submit?

The Law School is not on the undergrad Bronx campus; it's by Lincoln Center in Manhattan. That said, NYC can easily be done on the cheap in most ways... hard to find a studio in Manhattan for under $1300/month, though (with roommates, your rent could be closer to $1000/month in Manhattan).Arbiter213 wrote:It's not in NYC proper- you could easily live in one of the cheaper southern Westchester suburbs (Yonkers) and commute- drive would be like 10 minutes/ its across from a Metronorth station.IsleMet wrote:DorianGray89 wrote:When did you guys submit?

Do you guys think all the decisions for the day have been sent out? Only three people posted new news today so maybe they're staggering them/going in alphabetical order/something and there'll be more decisions before 5 pm?

I was admitted back in early Oct and just got my scholarship offer today -- in case anyone was wondering the time line for these things. Given that its already December I am sure it won't take as long for more recently accepted people.

Just got an email from Fordham re: merit scholly info. 10k/year. No min GPA. They did spell Fordham "Forddham" in the subject though.

It just probably means it's not an automated email but someone wrote it out and sent it to a bunch of people who were accepted.
