1) NO. WE ARE NOT DOOMED. HOPE SPRINGS UNTIL THE BITTER END. I am hoping for at least one more JS1 wave, but my hope reserves are not actually keeping up with my chipper external appearance. If there is another JS wave I would assume it would have to happen this week or these simply isn't enough time to review apps.
2) Probably. According to LSN there was an acceptance wave in MAY, but I'm assuming that's waitlisters. http://mylsn.info/d/harvard/1415-NoED/ This cycle has been a little behind schedule though, so I wouldn't be surprised if things are pushed back a week or so.

Really? It hasn't even been a week since the last.
We're hitting deadlines soon. If there are more JS1s coming I think they would have to go out this week just so that there's time to actually schedule the interviews. I think JS2s can probably wait for next week, so no real guidance on that. Dings are imminent, but similar to JS2s could come at any time. They wait until the very end of the month for waitlists.

Checking in among the JS2 hopefuls. Not optimistic that we will get any acceptances today, because many of us interviewed only last week (myself included) and I doubt that a week is enough time to do faculty reviews/final committee reviews for everyone. Still, sending good vibes!! :D
