I don't think that there have ever been multiple JS1 waves in the same day? At least not this cycle. I bet that they will have more soon though because it doesn't seem like there are a ton of JS2 waiters, it seems like most people who have had JS1s have been dinged or JS2ed at this point (some exceptions of course - including recent interviews)
Except for me :(
Went complete in first week of december, JS1 2/18, silence ever since. Each wave chips away at my soul
Right there with you!
I think within the last month counts as recent, especially since you have to go through faculty review after your interview. And according to the spreadsheet, the average time between a JS1 and decision is 47.2 days. Waiting is terrible, but don't feel too bad yet!
Waiting since my JS1 mid-January...I am in the same boat as y'all! The wait is awful, but there are people who've gone much longer between the two.
Same boat, also waiting since a mid-Jan JS1. Hopeful that making it through the last ding wave(s) means something, but I am beginning to prepare myself for a waitlist unfortunately.

I've been unsubscribing from all of these since I got my first T14 acceptance. Surprised you all haven't yet!

"Samford" looks too much like "Stanford" at quick glance, shouldn't be allowed :(

It has to be on purpose. I always wonder where the line between "misleading/weeding out" and "predatory" is, though.

Anyone who is dumb enough to mistake Samford for Stanford shouldn't be applying to Stanford and deserves to go to Samford :D

A few schools keep emailing me after unsubbing and I also get random schools who have never contacted me (pretty sure Cumberland falls in the 2nd category)
Also make sure you've turned off your LSAC Candidate Referral Service!

I also unsubscribed from all the spam emails after my first acceptances... JS1 in December and LOCI in January, but radio silence since then. There's still hope...right? Right? :? When do people think the next acceptance wave will be? And when do WLs come out?
There is ALWAYS hope. You got a JS1!!! :D

We don't have a good idea about timing. It's all voodoo. WLs come all at once towards the end of this month, based on previous years. I have a feeling they'll complete another round of JS1s (the actual interviews) before doing more JS2s, but I'm a lowly waiter and have no actual insight.

Join the JS dancing in this thread! It's sure to help

Thanks tflan :) Fingers crossed!
Also, this might be a silly question, but is it considered a good idea to write a LOCI after a JS1? I know some law schools like the show of interest, but I can see where it also could be annoying, adding to all the materials they already have...

I wouldn't send a LOCI unless you get waitlisted. Just show interest in Harvard during your interview. Increasingly, it seems like they're not flat out asking people why they want to go to Harvard so it's on you to tie what they do ask back to Harvard. The benefit of that is if you do it enough and with good enough reasons, you'll convey a strong interest in H which your interviewer should note.

If you are one of those people who just can't stand the idea of not writing a thank you email after a Skype interview, sure, go ahead and let that be your contact in between JS1 and decision. An LOCI while you are waiting on a post-interview decision would smack of bad judgment and a little bit of crazy IMO.
