Yeah, I think I remember reading something about mid-May and thinking "Oh, that's not bad, I'll only be out one deposit." Looking extremely unlikely that I won't be out two now.

Re: Cornell 2011 applicants
i keep going back and forth. it will be pretty hard to pack up and move to ithaca on like 2 weeks notice or whatever they're going to give us. haha but i'm still sticking with reserveaaaaaah wrote:Broken record, maybe, but I'll echo this question. Any reserve news?gsat wrote:Does anyone have an idea when they would (roughly) start reviewing reserve applicants? Or have they already started and I'm just not getting the hint? I feel like I sound like a broken record...
I got over my "ohmygod I hate Cornell's admissions office" and kept my name on the list.

"several hundred."nolongerlurker wrote:Any guesses on how large the reserve pool is?
I have no idea. Odds of getting off it probably slightly worse than randomly getting a wristy from Scarlet Johannson.

Re: Cornell 2011 applicants
I was told several hundred when I was reserved in late January or early February. Probably a lot of people that have withdrawn since then, but probably also a lot of people have been added so I'm not too hopeful.

Updated from Reserve to IR 5/19. I'm guessing they're trying to decide who to cut and who to put on that 'official waitlist' they wrote about previously.

Those of you who were on reserve and are now IR, when did you get placed on reserve?

they did say they'd give everyone on reserve one more close look in the email:Kabuo wrote:Thanks. 3/22 here so I guess I might have a bit to wait.snichols16 wrote:2/18Kabuo wrote:Those of you who were on reserve and are now IR, when did you get placed on reserve?

So, I guess I have to ask. Mind sharing if you're a reverse splitter?kausjon wrote:I'm IR 5/19 and was placed on Reserve in early April.

I give up trying to read anything into this order of IR. I guess it will have to remain one of those Cornell Admissions mysteries.kausjon wrote: LSAT slightly above median, and GPA slightly below median.
