I wouldn't hold out much hope for getting anything. I called yesterday and the person I talked to said "Friday is way too early" to expect to hear decisions for WL/hold people. Are you one of the people who haven't heard anything at all yet? Even if you are, it's Good Friday, and it's possible people aren't even bothering to try to get decisions out. I could be wrong, but next week seems good for hearing stuff.

did they actually state they might start next week? or just that today was too early?

I will say that they seem to have a pretty efficient office staff. I sent my LOCI yesterday after hours, and they emailed me that they had added it to my file at like 9 this morning.

They said both. She 100% said today was too early, and when I asked if next week was possible, she said yes.

I sent in an LOCI early on Wednesday, and I haven't heard anything about it getting added to my file. Should I worry?

I sent a simple question to an admissions office and had to wait 2 weeks for a reply. It was disappointing. They subsequently rejected me. Buttholes.

Or 4 days ago for most people, depending on when you got admitted.

So I asked the broskis at the admissions office what the difference between the hold and wait list was, and they said the hold list had the people with better credentials... not that it wasn't kinda obvious, but that makes it sound like being on the hold list is f'sho better.

Does anyone know how many people have been held/waitlisted? I called the admissions office last week to ask, but the person I talked to was extremely unhelpful...

I sent mine in this morning and haven't heard anything about them receiving it. I e-mailed and mailed a hard copy. I'm thinking about visiting the school on Wednesday . . .good/bad idea? Thoughts?

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
