I know that some people got them in the late evening, around 6-7 PM.
Still no pattern. Usually we hear by this time. Some days folks have heard earlier in the AM. As late as 7 seems to be an option. No pattern though. Not that I see. Except they seem to come in waves when they come.

Out of the 16 schools I applied to, Harvard is the only school where my status checker is still showing "application received" instead of "complete" or "DLS". I was wondering if this is normal or if I should contact the admissions office to ensure everything is ok?
It's probably fine. It took forever for my application to go Complete at Harvard, as well, in comparison to the other schools I submitted to.

Ok. Thank you for the reassurance. I will hold off for a while before contacting them.

+1 Mine took a full month to go complete, plus another 6 days before my "Application Complete" email was sent out.

I'm in the same boat with you, although I sent my app about a week later than you did.

Would anyone here be kind enough to review my LOCI if they have a chance?

I wouldn't mind, but I may not get it back to you for a couple of hours.

Have JS1 tomorrow, trying to look up emails so I can send thank you right after. Can't find JS's. Anyone else send thank yous or is it not expected for this?

It seems some did, but the vast majority didn't. People here don't think it matters.

I sent a brief thank you note to JS after the interview. This is standard practice after any job interview and seemed appropriate. I doubt it would ever make any difference, but (barring an egregious mishap) it can't hurt.

Darn, though. My complete date is 1/24. We're numbers twins. I had a typo in my personal statement, mind you. :(
