Re: Harvard 2011 Applicants
another 1/10 hold still hanging on. why?? my GPA is way below the median, LSAT just a little below, so it must be the softs. i personally think they are really cool softs and like to think that JR thought so too.
does he think they are cool enough to give me something other than a ding, despite my numbers?
probably not.
but until that fateful email comes, i choose hope.

I think I'm still in because of the photo I sent. It's way above Harvard median. They've gotta bring that metric up.

UR 2/7, Held 3/22, and dinged today. Hope it helps with the quantitative analysis.nadopretz wrote:So to recap today, between this thread and the held at harvard thread, it appears we have lost 9 friends. Seems like everyone was held on 1/10 except one 2/4 hold, but am unsure about helloscriptkitti (said January hold, but didn't say date) and sicsofs. Sorry to all those who got ding'd today and good luck to all still waiting.

Sorry, friends.
I wonder when the non-holds will start hearing (i.e those of us who haven't heard anything yet...) This batch is just off the holds so far, correct?

You're probably right, there doesn't seem to be a huge forgotten representation here. Makes it even scarier!NikaneOkie wrote:there are so few of you 'forgotten' that it is probably completely unpredictablerocktower3 wrote:Sorry, friends.

Anyone hazard to guess how they are going about this? They are jumping around the hold date too seems like.neonx wrote:5:01 PM. Is the sound and fury over?

I think they're skimming people with lower numbers/stats at this point from their sorted spreadsheet. Which means, I'm doomed.

There is a 175/3.76 on LSN. Hardly low. Split, but not low.
