I have a friend who's pregnant who found out around the time I submitted my apps. She pointed out yesterday that if Stanford just holds off a little longer, she will have grown an entire human being in the time it has taken them to read my essay, look at my transcript and make a decision. That's pretty spectacular and put the hilarity of it in perspective for me.

This might be the funniest post yet! Sad situation but this post captures it all. Sitting here with a friend, watching the NY Rangers and the NY Yankees. Read this to my friend and we both laughed out loud. Thanks for the gift of laughter!

It means either ding or WL, unfortunately . As mentioned, you can call the admissions office and they'll tell you which one it is.
