Thanks.
I applied 10/17. After that I decided to retake LSAT in December (got 1 extra point. Psh.), which put my app on hold.
I went complete again 1/26 or so.

For now, yes. CU was probably my first love.
If it weren't for my SO's considerations, I'd be close to plopping down my seat deposit and buying a T-shirt. ... But I'm still waiting to hear from about 5 schools, and pretty much all of 'em could seriously muck things up.

Visited CU today and I must say I was impressed.
The building is new (3-years-old) and very pleasant. The law library is huge and full of windows. Classrooms are comfortable and the students seemed friendly and intelligent. More than one student told me that while things are obviously competitive, fellow students are more helpful than cut-throat. I really felt a sense of community while I was there. I think the biggest drawback to CU is COL, although there are certainly ways to minimize this and there's a reason it is high to begin with.

Sorry no photo's but If you've ever been to Boulder you know the city is beautiful and the new law building is no exception. The funds for the building were actually raised by CU students which is another cool fact.
The library is indeed very nice. One thing that sticks out, aside from the size, are a series of skylight windows situated above some comfortable lounging/study areas.

Ok guys...survey time. Should I sneak in a late app to CU? I didn't think i wanted to live in a college town, but the appeal of the ranking here is tempting me. I'm a non-impressive splitter, 163, low 3s, 8 years WE and a Masters. I haven't seen 163s take the axe yet on LSN. Thoughts? I'd have to do it tomorrow to get LSAC enough time to get it in before the deadline.

Couldn't hurt. If it is worth the money, I say go for it.

Any guesses as to what kind of numbers you need to get a scholly at CU? I assume I'll have to pay sticker, but I'm happy to be proven wrong.

Looking at past years, it looks like you need a 3.7+ to get a scholarship, and it doesn't seem like they give out many at all. Since I am a splitter, I am not optimistic at all.
