Despite issues elsewhere on the board, your commiseration on this thread has kept me from going insane. So yes, even you.
Thanks, I do think arguments should be left to the Lounge. These threads are for neurotic and obsessive behavior.

I've seen your numbers. Unless some bizarre YP happens, I don't know how you couldn't get in.
UVA with $$ is one of my top choices if not my top choice, I didnt think my numbers were good enough for YP, but I am freakin out. Esp since you applied way after me, lucky.

So I guess UVA absolutely, positively does not dip below 170 for non-URM RD applicants huh?

There are people on LSN who applied to UVA last year, were complete in September, and didn't hear of their acceptance until early February. I don't think it's a good idea for us to be holding our collective breaths just because a relatively small group of people have already heard in early November.

I just got a call from an unknown number and freaked out. It was my eye doctor.

Head. Desk. Crash.

This, except UVA or Mich with $$ would win out over everything other than YS, I think.

I got my package on the second day after the call, but that could be because I live 2 hrs. away. I think 2-4 days is typical depending on distance. It was a pretty huge package of stuff. They stuff a ton of stuff in that envelope; more stuff than you could ever want to know.

Is it shipped USPS or by something faster like Fedex? I'm anxious to start ruffling through all the stuff. My package was mailed Wednesday via status checker, but it was Veterans Day so I'm curious.

It is shipped USPS (womp womp), which on the bright side, means it could come today. I would be surprised if it doesn't get to you today. Monday at the absolute latest.
