Aren't you a 167/3.73? That's below the LSAT and barely below the GPA median.

hmm well i was just looking at LSN info...i'm sure somewhere else has other numbers.

Got a call earlier today--I sounded like a blubbering idiot, but it's all good.

Applied: 11/3 Regular decision

My stats are on LSN. They're not 100% accurate, but they're pretty close.

Congrats! Just saw you have an acceptance to Duke as well...looks like you're going to have some tough choices ahead of you.

Rondemarino is correct. Most sites including LSN lists old numbers. LSN lists the graduating class of 2009 so they are behind 3 years. The correct/official numbers are: (from UCLA directly)

GPA (25th, 50th, 75th percentiles):
3.57/3.77/3.88
LSAT (25th, 50th, 75th percentiles):
164/168/169

You are barely below both medians.

still no call here. im kind of disappointed, as i definitely have the #s, I have a compelling interest in attending ucla (williams institute), I'm an LA native, and I have fam connections to the law school. wtf, dean schwartz.

how much do you guys think UCLA looks at GPA trends... unfortunately I'm just below their 25% in GPA, but my last two years were at their 75%... do you think it makes any difference??

I submitted 10/23 and went complete 10/30. Are they waiting to see more of the URM applicant pool? Are they holding off on sending out WL and rejections? Give me some UCLA.

I'm pretty sure sub-3.3 GPAs (I'm in this category too) aren't going to be a part of the first wave. You have UVA, at least, right?

Yeah I have UVA which is comforting. It's more of the fact that I haven't gotten a decision in 2 weeks and I'm just antsy.

Same...unfortunately most of the school's I'm complete at don't start responding until after the holidays...

Congrats to the folks who've heard so far. I submitted on Sept. 16th and haven't heard a thing since they emailed back in early October. Above 75th for LSAT and GPA. Love the school and the Williams Institute...let me in, dammit.

Yeah, good news for me but I have lower GPA and LSAT but the URM probably equals us out. I was just shocked at his ED chocie. I guess if you want CA and definitely won't be getting into Boalt or SLS, that's probably a good call.

hey everyone, about how long after getting the email saying they received your application did it take for most of you to get the email saying that your application was complete? I sent mine in on 11/13 and have not yet received the email saying mine is complete. Should I call/email or is this still within the normal period? Thanks.
