i see i may have been completely mistaken when i earlier said we probably didn't need to worry if we didn't receive a complete email...
did anyone get admitted who has not yet received a complete email?
+1. i was thinking i'd just let the lack of a complete email slide but is this a bad idea? i feel like lots of people are in this boat with me though.
I got a complete but not a received email. Took 15 days. I would say the complete email is important, but give it time since they look busy admitting people rather than completing apps.
yea, i don't want to interrupt them. on the other hand, i submitted on 10/31 so it's been a while...
Edit: also FWIW i got my received email on nov. 3rd. also a while back..

yeah i haven't gotten a complete email either. i just checked. i thought i did, but it was actually an acknowledgment of my app. the reason i thought it was the complete e-mail was that it came two weeks after i submitted.
huh.
i'm not one to call and bug them, so hopefully they'll get around to me soon.

I'd submitted end of October and hadn't received a complete. I called to confirm it was all there and the next morning I got one by email, so maybe that reminded them.

And amazingly, ridiculously happy about it. It's really between this and Columbia for me.
I live in Columbus, OH, so I have no IDEA why it came so quickly.
RD, stats in profile.
YESSSSSS!

So far, just about everyone that's been admitted as "auto-admit" type stats from the look of it.

Here you go Avocado:

Thanks for pointing that out. If averaging still made him a borderline candidate, I'm not too comforted. My LSAT split is >10 points.
Anybody else?

Mine is 8 points. If they average I have no shot. I don't think they average though, regardless of what they say. They have no reason to. Harvard doesn't average; why would NYU?

Where did you hear Harvard doesn't average?

In at NYU as a retaker. First score was a 166, retake was a 171. GPA is 3.85. Applied around late October. Live in nyc. Definitely seems like they take the higher, since I dont think my average (168.5) would've cut it. I hope this gives some good inspiration to the retakers.

It does, but I'm still resigned to bitter pessimism.
