nah, it wont say anything; just as long as you registered on that one site you're set.

Yeah I got a decision about 23 hours after my application was submitted (mid-September).

That might not have helped. I took the June test and didn't get the PT invite until they sent them out for you September takers.

Well, the day is early, plenty of time for them to make up their minds.

I don't think that is a big deal. I accidentally put the wrong year for my graduation on my resume and still got an acceptance.

Have we figured out if PT is 10 business days or 10 regular days?

I'm pretty sure we've determined it's 10 business days. Confidence level: 65 percent.

Not sure what the status checker did prior to the notification...I committed myself to not checking them for the sake of sanity. In fact, I'm still not sure what it says, I'll go look. I was almost at the ten day limit when I got the e-mail, so don't be too concerned. I'm sure they are getting around to it.

FYI, it's definitely 10 business days. My application was received on Monday, 9/21, and I didn't get the acceptance e-mail until Friday, Oct. 2.

I went complete 10/12 and didn't go under review until 10/25. I had a waiver but not PT.

Sorry to hear. Did you get priority waitlist? I know some people that were put on the priority waitlist from PT actually were accepted in December. Did you write a "why Duke?" essay?

Just got an email from Duke informing me that I was offered a place on the "Priority Reserve" list. Kind of upsetting, as I was a priority track applicant with a 3.75 and 161/171 LSATs. I thought I was pretty competitive, and now I'm concerned that there's a big red flag somewhere in my application that will stand out to all top schools.

Anyone know what priority reserve really entails vs. waitlist? Is it just another name for waitlist?

I kind of doubt it is YP, as there have been a lot of high numbers people accepted, but it might be akin to someone reverting an application from ED to RD.

Thanks for the info. Like VoidSix said, I do doubt it's YP (although that's wishful thinking). This is exactly my tenth day. My status checker changed right around the same time I got the email (unsure of what came first), but it was around 9:00 PM.

I'm very bummed about this . I think my retake, and the fact that my original score was from last cycle, may have played a role. If anyone else can shine more light on this "priority reserve" thing, I'd appreciate it.
