Hey guys! Long time lurker first time poster here. Just booked my flights to SF and am super excited to meet with you all at the ASW. I just wanted to ask where y'all are planning on staying during the ASW? Is it normal for people to crash at someone's dorm/apartment or share a hotel room in Palo Alto? Stupid question, but does everyone have the "Mailings" section on the status checker, or does that appear as decisions get closer to being released? I don't remember noticing this before on the status checker, but then again I haven't been checking too frequently.

Hey, really excited to meet you too! Since I'm a college student and know someone who goes to Stanford, I'm gonna crash with my friend there for a couple nights. I don't think there's anything weird about that. Besides, SLS/Palo Alto is so expensive you might as well start saving now lol.

Thanks ayylmao! I don't wanna bother my friend at sls because he's so busy with everything and don't know anyone in Stanford undergrad, so I might just end up booking the hotel. I agree that Palo Alto and SLS are both so expensive, though...
