Does anyone know how they determine what amounts people get? I'm sure no one does, but figured I'd ask. People with my numbers (on lsn) seemed to be getting two different scholly amounts, so I was curious.

Lots of variables I'd imagine, but if you're talking about a prior cycle, a big one could be the timing of the app. Early applications give you the best chance to get the most money.

I was admitted 1/20 and still haven't received my acceptance package yet but then again I am in SoCal and I'm guessing the storm played a huge part in why I haven't received it yet

DC has massive traffic backups and accidents when there's 2-3 inches of snow. They got over 2 feet of it. They're still probably panicking about it a week later.

OPM wasn't opening normally without a delay until Friday. Still a lot of places in the city with lots of snow on the ground when I flew out yesterday, though the streets and sidewalks are all at least cleared now.

I'm conflicted on when to submit the scholarship reconsideration request. I have a couple other scholarship offers (only one that is truly competitive), and trying to decide if I should wait to hear back from some other, more competitive schools before sending my reconsideration request. Anyone willing to share their thoughts on negotiation strategy?

was accepted on the 28th, haven't received anything via snail mail yet. Does GWU send anything in the mail?

I was accepted 1/20 and didnt get my package until today. I think they were backed up from the storm they had in DC
