Congrats! Good luck for $$$, but heads up that they don't announce funding info in the initial acceptance letter. They're going to start announcing merit awards next month.87mm wrote:Holy crap! Thanks!.
I was told on the phone that UCLA will help fly admitted students out to visit the campus reception. I didnt see any mention of this in the email. Will this be in the packet they send or do I have to call them up. Maybe I just misheard whilst freaking out on the phone @_@

I don't think you have to worry. I was accepted with the same LSAT score. Granted my GPA is higher, but I am a K-JD student so my softs aren't as strong as yours. Just relax and wait it out!87mm wrote:Worried about my chances

I got the call from Dean Schwartz about an hour ago! I'm in.
I've been following this board for the last several months; I decided I had to make an account just to share my good news and give some hope to those who are still waiting to hear back.
I was a mega reverse splitter: LSAT<25% — GPA>75%, transfer student and will be graduating from UCLA (undergrad) in June. I hope this info helps some of you! Best of luck.

I checked my status checker today and found I was admitted. But I got no admission email from the school. I live abroad so I didn't expect a call. Now I don't even know when I got admitted, and without an email or a letter I have no further information to work with. Did any of you get the decision through email?

Can someone post the dates of the admitted student days at UCLA? Are there different options?
I haven't been accepted yet, but want to protect the dates in my calendar. Thanks!

3/7 and 4/3 I think. Those are the only days I could find on the admitted student website, though they were referred to as "on campus welcome receptions"philawsopher wrote:Can someone post the dates of the admitted student days at UCLA? Are there different options?

I don't recall seeing anything in the admissions packet or emails regarding travel reimbursement. Could just be because I'm in LA though. Maybe they don't advertise, but will provide if you call/email and ask?James.K.Polk wrote:Also wondering about this. Flights for me are not cheap.87mm wrote:Thanks!.
