Did you apply ED? Or have you gotten scholarship info? Just curious why your finishing your cycle so quick (if you didn't apply ED).

Applied ED. My numbers weren't quite good enough for the full ED scholarship, but they made me a good offer and I took it.

Oh and Thanks to everyone that said Congrats.

Hey congratulations! Would you mind PMing me what kind of offer they gave you, I'm also debating whether to do the ED and I know I'm not quite high enough for a full scholarship but I'm curious to know what kind of money they would offer. Thanks!

Hi all,

I applied to WUSTL in early October and was interviewed the next week. The woman who interviewed me (she told me her name but I forgot it given it was 7 am my time and I was super nervous) told me she would email me to follow up but never did. My status checker last updated on the date she interviewed me, but it's been radio silence ever since.

Is it too early to email the admissions office and follow up/ask when I should expect a decision?

Check your spam folder. For some reason all my WUSTL stuff went there. If it's not there, I'd follow up. They've been extremely quick.

No spam mail. Yeah, my paranoia and impatience has been getting the best of me so I probably will follow up.

Anyone have any guess on how long we might wait till scholarship stuff comes out? Or has anyone already heard back? I remember reading about it on last year's thread but I'm scared to head back to that beast of a thread hehe.

Nobody has heard back yet that I know. We are guessing sometime in November based on idk what.
I said November based on what I think happened last cycle (but I could be wrong)

Hi everyone! I application was 'complete' Sept 30 but I still have not received invitation for interview. I thought it's mandatory,or is it different for international applicants?

Any '17-ers out there have some insight?

I'm not exactly sure, but I think an interview is mandatory in order to be accepted, but not mandatory in the sense that every applicant has to complete and interview. I'm not sure though. Are your numbers strong?

Congrats! Honestly I think visiting is very important once you're deciding between a few schools. I wasn't planning on coming to WUSTL until I visited for ASW.

Congrats! I've said a few times, but I think the earliest would be late November, as I think that's when the first schollies came out last cycle, but I may be mistaken or they may have changed things. With your numbers you should get a really good scholly.
