Boston number called earlier but missed it. I checked the status checker and it says "Decision Made" with an acceptance in the header!

Sent app 12/9 and above each 75.

Received the call today around 2 pm; I'm in! My application was complete on 1/7 and I think I had 3 or 4 status changes before today. Last one was 2/14.

submitted 12/20, only had one complete date at 1/9... is this weird? I see people ITT with 7 changes?! I'm above both 75ths and I can't figure out why my app isn't moving! BU is a serious consideration for me, and I'd love to know if they're accepting me! gah!

P.S. area code on those calls?

That is weird. No idea about that. The area code is 617. Good luck getting some movement.

Thanks for the info, and the opinion on the weirdness... I'm very confused about this.

Got my admit package today! I was pleasantly surprised to see a generous scholarship offer inside. I'm not sure if this is the only way they make offers, but FYI.

Awesome. I'll be looking forward to my packet. The associate dean on the phone said I should be getting it in the mail in a few days.

Does BU call all admitted applicants (at least those in the US)? Or are people getting admitted via e-mail/mail without the phone call?

The acceptance package just got here. 90K offer/about 135k tuition over three years. I'd like to negotiate that to 120k or the maximum, if plausible. Above each 75.

In via phone call today!! I believe today was my 7th or 8th date change following complete. I'm at or below the 25% for both GPA and LSAT. Softs do matter, people!
