Yeah, I got one the next day, but I emailed mined after speaking with an addmisions rep.,
if you sent one it's always a good idea to just give them a call...

That's just how they roll. Chapman is kind of notorious for waitlisting a lot of people. On the bright side, from the looks of LSN, a lot of the admitted people have much better offers than Chapman, so maybe the waitlist will start moving after finals are over.

Due to some unforeseen sobering financial realities, I am thinking of switching my application to part time even though I applied for full time. Anybody have recommendations about how to go about doing this? Application is still in review.

Call the admissions ask them if it is okay to do so, if they say yes, they will ask you to send them an email so they have it in writing. Seems a little late to do this though.

Yes people are rejected... I don't know how widely the waitlist, but I know I have read posts here and heard from people that they were indeed rejected.

Update 20 minutes later: Uh...nm. Back to "application received."

I have, but I had to email them to get my login, and then had to call the IT help desk to get my temp password. After that I was able to log in to WebAdvisor and officially accept my financial aid and stuff. Other than the financial stuff, there wasn't much else available to me though.

Same thing happened to me. They sent an e-mail apologizing for wait list notification, which was a glitch.

I got the blue paper with sign in info and had no problem from there. Maybe it didn't work for Texas because he's Andrew and he probably broke something.

This is from Tracy Simmons from financial aid with regards to webadvisor.

(I as well did not get a username or password anywhere in my admissions packet or the financial aid packet)

"Your usernmae and password come from out Service Desk and is mailed out via US postal mail. iF you still have not received it, give them a call at 714-997-6600"- Tracy

Maybe that will help some of you.. I haven't called yet but I will today

I'm still debating the angels game. It's the day before I graduate UCI haha. So I'm not sure.
