Anybody have any experience or know of anyone who has negotiated scholarships with Utah? It seems like with the short amount of time until the acceptance deadline it will be kind of tough.

It is odd nothing shifted! Interesting seeing the numbers though. Really hoping that by the time we graduate the economy will allow for starting salaries will be higher!

I just got my scholarship info… 75% scholarship for my 1L year. So I guess this is essentially a 25% scholarship...

Well I got my email. I received a one semester $6,400 scholarship (3000 cash, 3400 waiver). While I am glad to receive this offer I must admit I am a little disappointed. I thought that I might receive a slightly larger offer, at least a guaranteed yearly amount. I am going to send a negotiation letter this week. I have a larger scholarship from Wake Forest, so if Utah can't up their amount I may be headed elsewhere.

I hope I get it this week, because I need some specifics. I think you just have to pay the first seat deposit by April first, and that counts as "accepting" their offer. It shouldnt be binding though.

It doesn't sound like many people got emails yet. Either there are not many scholarships being given out, or the emails didn't go out all at once?
