When you go UR2 does it change from under committee review or stay the same?

Just wish Cornell or Northwestern would get back to me on reserve/held status, but looks like Im in this for the long haul.

Is a reverse splitter in a more precarious position on the waitlist or do the numbers matter less at this point (potential focus on softs and w/e)?

Also, what's Penn's acceptance rate off the waitlist and when is the earliest realistic acceptance?
