is that you Johann? It's me feral. I'm going prematurely grey too at the prospect of lots of debt. How many goat sacrifices for even a small fin. aid package?

edited to fix the quote box.

Better yet, someone make a Parody Twitter of Johann and ask him via that.

P.S.: I'm not doing it.

A parody twitter is actually pretty genius. You could periodically toy with the anxiety of prospoective sutdents while simultaneously reminding them how much power you have. Oh wait, that's what he already does.

I think that there is
a reason that Northwestern
has the best threads here.

I kinda like that. I mean, other schools have their boring updates, but with NU its always something unexpected.

That's true. In a lot of ways, it's fun and I enjoy the whimsy. I'll just enjoy it more after I know whether I'll be paying sticker haha

Do you think NU is worth it at sticker? It's something I've been kicking around in my head.

Just noticed that when my date changed last week they unchecked the box for "Optional - Interview Scheduled."

The box had been checked before. Applied in November, complete 1/30 after an interview.

Anyone else experience this?

Man, it depends what you want from school, what you want from a career, what you're gunning for, your economic situation, your family's, your other options academically and career-wise... Nobody can give you a straight answer.

I really hope it is... but I'm crossing my fingers that I won't need to worry about it

That's fair. For me, it's still a subject for meditation.

If you're a very non-traditional student (like the couple you always see in late 40's) it's probably not worth sticker. But if you're in your twenties and looking at another 50 years (at least!) in the profession, the good name is worth it even if you incur some debt getting there. I think it's more prudent if you want to be in Chicago too. That said, it's only worth it if you actually want to be a lawyer... none of that new way of thinking/education stuff.

But what do I know, a lowly 0L still in undergrad :/ haha

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
Just kidding ... it's still FREE!
