Hmm. Does it mean they are updating our profiles? I hope I am not ding-ed through status checker...mangomochi wrote:No problems here.melmelcoolj wrote:Yep, my status checker is also down.sfn91 wrote:Now it's not loading.jurisdoctor2020 wrote:Glad to know it's not just me! Other people who can't access status checker, what are your stats and when did you apply? I am at median for both LSAT and GPA and applied mid-November. I also submitted a LOCI a few weeks ago.
Hope this means movement is coming either way. Wait has been brutal!

I am a splitter at 75% LSAT and 25% GPA. I hope it's going to be okay. I would be really sad if they just ding me. And I applied in mid February, right on the deadline.jurisdoctor2020 wrote:Other people who can't access status checker, what are your stats and when did you apply? It could be that all the splitters are getting a final review, and they can decide whom to ding and whom to waitlist.EWofNell wrote:also can't access the status checker right now.

Okay, I might be reading too much into this. It could be that they are doing system updates.NotAGolfer wrote:Splitter and my status checker is working....life's a mystery!melmelcoolj wrote:It could be that all the splitters are getting a final review, and they can decide whom to ding and whom to waitlist.EWofNell wrote:also can't access the status checker right now.

Re: NYU c/o 2020 Applicants (2016-2017)
To be clear, I can't even access the page to access the status checker. As soon as I click "Applicant Status Check" I get a funny web address http://bit.do/MiEA that never opens and then it just says that the server stopped responding.
Point is that, since I can't even plug in my login info, it's not as though this lack of access is tied to my own file. So I wouldn't read too much into it.

Grrrrrrrr mine is still not working. But I think it's funny that it says that it's "not responding." How perfect, considering I haven't heard anything since UR2 in Declaqueredup wrote:Had the same issue about an hour ago, saw a bunch of you all did, and got spun up.. There seems to be growing evidence of this cycle being unusual at t13. Too many people with great stats under-performing. Maybe someone like Spivey would tell us what really happened after the dust settles.Keilz wrote:I guess we're just one of a million to NYUfreekick wrote:+1. That's what made it my top choice. Just wondering, I heard there were admitted students days...will there be another one in summer?
Surprised to know they have this kind of days so early...

From past experience, probably mid-to-late April. And acceptances off the waitlist will begin in May. So not that long to wait, after all.fountainja wrote:So when do we expect the waitlists to come rolling in?

From the poll, it seems like a huge majority of people haven't heard back at all... Are those all going to be waitlists or some dings as well? Trying to brace myself.melmelcoolj wrote:From past experience, probably mid-to-late April. And acceptances off the waitlist will begin in May. Seriously? What are you waiting for?
