Whoooops. Of course, the moment after I post that, I go to check my status checker and see it's on 2/25 now. Looks like someone else finally got a turn at pushing the button!

My status updated to complete 2/25 for everyone who was worried about the checkers being stuck at 2/22.

+1. I can wait for Michigan, but I'm considering withdrawing from Texas and asking for my money back.

I wonder what could be taking them so long at UT; it's seems you'd be pretty competitive...

Me too. I'm guessing it means no decision has been reached...If it was a ding, wouldn't it say decision reached and you can't log in to admitted students site?

Thanks! I was really hoping to get in, too, but especially after discovering a dumb typo in one of my optional essays I can't say I'm surprised. Luckily I have my NU acceptance to keep me from freaking out. :)

Status checker updated from 2/22 to yesterday's date, 2/25, but nothing for today. Still at complete. Its beyond silly at this point, nearly 4 and a half months since applying.

Yes, very frustrating these long delays. I guess it's the large number of apps. I would assume that the schools are going to be getting a lot of withdraws very soon as people have to start making final decisions on attending?

And thats the problem. They are essentially waiting for some people to make their final decisions about where they are going before even finishing up getting decisions out to RD applicants who went out of their way to apply early.

+1 I don't appreciate their strategy. I don't think they have any larger of an applicant pool this year than the other schools in the T20, and the others don't seem to have trouble getting back to almost all applicants in under 3 months. I'd heard good things about Michigan but I have to say I'm very disappointed now.
