My JS1 interview is tomorrow and I haven't been added by anyone on skype. Should I be concerned? Also is there any way for me to know who I will be interviewing with/what their interview style is?

You should be added later today.

No way to know who you'll be interviewing with until they pop up. As to "style," I'll leave that up to others to answer. I haven't seen much on differences between interviewers, and that's possibly because the differences aren't that significant.

If my experience is anything to go by, the questions are fairly predictable. I don't recall seeing mentions of curveballs on this thread or the general interview thread created some time ago.

If you have work experience much of the focus will be on that. There will be a bit of "why law/what do you want to do with your JD" sort of thing. It will seem to go by very fast. Also, make sure you have a good set of thoughtful questions ready to go at the end, since they'll leave about 5 minutes for your questions.

My application was complete mid-November. I got my invitation the last week of November and had my interview on 12/11.
