I wonder if they'll be closed tomorrow due to the blizzard? Anyone have a JS1 scheduled for tomorrow?

Harvard will open tomorrow but they'll be closing early i suspect.

Harvard will open tomorrow but they'll be closing early i suspect.

I heard that Boston public schools are closed tomorrow so they may follow that. I doubt we'll hear from Harvard at all tomorrow. Maybe the holds are happening today because they expect they won't be able to do anything tomorrow.

thats a plausible theory but i know for a fact (as of now) classes will be held tomorrow which is a good indication admissions is open.

have all of you had js1s? also, do holds/dings usually come out on Fridays? if so, are we expecting a wave of dings today then as well?

I had my JS1 about three weeks ago. And for the last few weeks, dings and holds have been released on Fridays, so this was a bit unexpected. I wouldn't be surprised if we see a few dings today or tomorrow.

Harvard just updated my status checker to add the tuition deposit - 0. I'm a JS0.

My status checker updated with a section for "Tuition Deposit Received -- 0.00 -- 0.00." I've never had this before. Any ideas? Haven't had a JS1 invite or any contact from them whatsoever since complete in mid-November.
