Yep. Considering I was under review for just 2 weeks, I'd say the email doesn't mean anything at all.

The email went to early applicants who hadn't gotten a decision, sooo it makes sense that you didn't get one regardless of your eventual decision if you were only complete/UR for two weeks.

I applied 11/22, right before thanksgiving, and did not get the email, but still haven't gotten dinged. I'm pretty sure at least one person said they applied 11/22 and DID get the email. So at this point it's pretty hard to nail down whether it actually did mean anything or not.

Realllllly late to the game, but I just realized I had a fee waiver (because I'm apparently too daft to check to see if I have one to a school I considered applying to in the first place) and decided to go for it.... feel like I'm a reach with 3.61/169...
