I sent mine three weeks ago and I've still got silence. There's nothing left to do at this point but laugh.

Did anyone who emailed an LOCI get a confirmation?

Wondering if I should call today or tomorrow to confirm it was received so that I can put my LSAC number in their minds again...

I got an email reply the next day saying it would be added to my file.

Complete 11/22, still nothing. I got a Columbia specific LOR about a Center/Clinic that only exists at Columbia and I can't imagine anything else is keeping me holding on given my 169.

There is an ASW this weekend right? So they might just be busy...? I have a scholarship deadline at another schoollll. 4+ months is enough

my plan is to get into CLS based purely on the fact that others of you have to commit elsewhere

. Definitely won't be withdrawing from CLS/NYU. But me & my LSAT don't have a realistic shot at Columbia anyway.

Though there are a pretty good number of 169/3.85+ that applied early and still haven't heard back. Or updated LSN.

international; Complete 12/15. No hold, no mail...

Twice I got excited over US caller IDs, from NY and CT... turned out to be NYU 1Ls calling over the break to congratulate me on NYU and see if I had questions. Blech

I also have a scholarship deadline coming up which will eat up some deposit $.

Based on last year's LSN data, we seem to be in WL/reject phase now.

Complete the first week of November. Also haven't heard anything, except that I emailed them around the 4.5 month mark to say I had scholarship deadlines the first week of April. Got a standard reply email that they'd "try to make a decision by the end of April." Not too helpful.

I'm considering calling once their ASW is over. I'm not sure why I haven't heard anything, to be perfectly honest. Accepted at Chicago/NYU/Harvard early on in my cycle. I feel like if Columbia couldn't make a decision on me in the past 5 months, then I'm probably going to end up WL'd.

I was in NYC for NYU ASW and stopped by Columbia to see what was up, they said they definitely didn't loose my application lol which is shocking because I feel like I should have been rejected by now ... but they reassured me that I am in a group that hasn't been placed on hold/WL/reserve ... and that I should receive a decision within a couple of weeks - most likely the end of April

... my best guess is that they are probably waiting to see how many students start withdrawing soon ... and then based on who withdraws they will accept some more students from our group depending on what strengths they are looking to make up for - LSAT/GPA or URMs

We will likely receive decisions at the end of April or by the end of April? This is ridiculous.

Either way, I hope no splitters withdraw in the next month.
