Re: Cornell 2011 applicants
Anyone on reserve have anjy insight as to what the process is going to look like? If I remember correctly we wait until they receive deposits, they re-review everyone then make the wait list? I can't even imagine how long this could drag on.

From last year's thread they usually got to reserve applicants before May? lol.Perch wrote:Anyone on reserve have anjy insight as to what the process is going to look like? Also...LOCI at this point would seem rather useless? Especially if I've been under review for over a month?

Re: Cornell 2011 applicants
Withdrew this morning. At this point, I only wanted an acceptance to bolster my ego. You win Cornell.
Good luck to the rest of you guys, hopefully I made room for one more spot on the waitlist or something.
P.S. Unsurprisingly, there was no response email and my status checker doesn't reflect my withdrawal. Maybe they'll update my file by Thanksgiving.

Re: Cornell 2011 applicants
I've been stuck at complete since 3/6... this is really ridiculous. I've already paid a 500$ seat deposit elsewhere, but might still reconsider if accepted. But right now I'm royally pissed at Cornell and its entire admissions office.sargell83 wrote:mine went complete 3/29. and not even under review yet!:(

Re: Cornell 2011 applicants
I went complete 4/13, and applied about 10 days before the deadline....
I should have trusted initial inclination that it was too late to bother wasting my money....

Fair enough. That really surprises me though. I was complete on 2/3, and I was admitted in March.

I love Cornell. I'm really trying not to give up hope, but they're making it hard.

Re: Cornell 2011 applicants
Applied Mid/late December...still nothing.
This might be the first week in the last 2 months that goes by without anyone receiving a decision.
Would also like to add some schools have tomorrow off because of Good Friday. If this is so at Cornell it will probably take even longer.

I'm not sure what this has to do with anything.. but I'm complete 3/24 still.. however, sometime around 4/7 my status checker changed from country of citizenship and country "USA" to "United States of America".. and today it changed back to "USA".. all the while staying at 3/24

How many of you did evaluations? I didn't do any and now I'm regretting it.
