Isn't it funny just as I posted here, and was truly starting to hope well may be I have a chance...then got ready for a job, went out, boom the mail from Stanford. I immediately knew it was a rejection.
Oh well, I was kind of expecting given my numbers. UR on February 15, and surprisingly no DLS update in my status page?! PM me if you would like more specifics. Good luck to everyone!
No DLS?

I cannot believe Stanford uses sans serif font on its rejection letters. That's like a double blow.

Uhh...serif fonts are old-fashioned and quickly becoming obsolete.

the trend is moving toward sans serif fonts in a lot of industries, but i think that serif fonts still and will continue to be the more professional choice for a long time
and when stanford rejects me, i would have liked it to be in a serif font (unless, of course, the trademarked stanford font is sans serif)

Stanford's own letterhead is in serif. Haha, maybe I'm just being a typography snob.

Stanford's website is still in serif, and white on black which hurts my eyes.

Seeing people with awesome numbers makes me wanna play the violin on my wrist . . . kind of . . . not really. Still, hella depressing.
