I think it's about right. FWIW LSP puts those numbers at 67% at/below for Columbia. That's far from shoe-in territory. Right now, I am just happy to still be in the running.

Anecdotally, it seems Columbia has continued its premium placed on LSAT vs. GPA (i.e. my roommate was accepted 2 weeks ago with a 3.7x/174)

Now I'm alarmed again.
In an attempt to understand this "hold" business, I did a search. Apparently "holds" in the past do pretty well; so there's reason to be optimistic. I also withdrew my application as soon as I heard. Hopefully that'll help someone.

Much thanks musil, that information (I hope) has lightened some heavy hearts.

Now you have a very difficult choice ahead of you (unless you already made it!).

If the held individuals do not mind... Were any of you late December/early January applicants?

Complete first week of November, but haven't heard anything since then.

3.6, 1.73.

Sent an (unasked for) LOCI in late January that was pretty strong, imho. Maybe that's what's delaying a response?

Congratulations! I don't know if that should make me hopeful or extra-alarmed, especially with the postmark... Happy you finally heard, though!

I'm guessing/hoping "Reserve List" is same as held. In that case, got the letter today 169/3.66. Pleasantly surprised.

My Fellow Chain Members,
My heart goes out to you. Still no word around here...I keep telling my mom not to get her hopes up when she checks the mail. Last known admit sent out 2/9...do we think they are now moving into a reserve/hold/reject phase? Or do we keep hope in the chain? What remains of the chain? Good luck to everyone, may we all end up "where we are meant to be."

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
Just kidding ... it's still FREE!
