I went UR3 3/27 and nothing happened. Best case scenario is i avoided the ding wave and will get WL, looking at the people getting dinged lately I'm pretty much positive I'm not getting accepted.

I know there are a lot of frustrated people out there at this moment...however, is there any reasonable explanation why our apps have been UR for so long?

Has NYU ever done this in previous cycles? I know there was a mention of a soft hold a few pages back, could this be the case?

Some are speculating that checking any box in C&F warrants extra readers no matter how minor. Or it could be we're not above a certain LSAT/GPA index and that in itself warrants extra readers. They seem to be moving chronologically on their second pass so we just gotta be patient and remember that we are in good company. Hoping for action this week!

I had a minor C&F issue, and my turnaround was very quick. So highly doubt that's true.

Yikes, that was a torrent of dings. So I'm guessing those of us that were holding out for RTK are submitting to the fact that we aren't getting that deal. Or does anyone else still arrange their schedule based on, "Well NYU might accept me in the next three days and then accept me for a scholarship, at which point I have to immediately fly to NY for an interview on Saturday, so no, I can't speak at your conference on Saturday, but Friday will do!" Or is that just me? I'm surprised I wasn't with this batch of dings, still UR at 1/4.

How did you find out? I figured as much, but I thought interviews were on Saturday April 6th? Anyway, congrats to all who have been extended offers and good luck on your interviews!!!
