Hey Beebs - did you used to have a Martha/Tiger Tar?
Yes, I did. It was time for a change.
Actually, the Chrysler Building is my favorite building in NYC!!!
Are you going on OS's tour, Monday?
I am...
Mine too!
Yes, I am touring Monday. Signed up for the one at noon!

TLS world is an exceedingly strange place. I hope people do come on the tour, though. It's my first, so I hope I don't screw it up somehow.

LSAC is down, and because of that, ALL the status checkers that run through LSAC (most of them) are down. Sorry to burst your bubble.

I sent everything in on 10/14, but I'm not sure when they officially marked me complete (it looks like you can't see that on the status checker once you've been decisioned?). My GPA is a little ways above their 75th, LSAT a good ways above.

Do you think they will send out a wave of acceptances this week????
Also, has anyone been admitted PT? if so, please share your stats.

I hope so! According to LSN they gave out a handful in the few days before Thanksgiving last year, so maybe they'll repeat that.
Edit: sorry, they gave out a handful of decisions (I was just looking at the dates, not the actual results) - but they were waitlists/rejects. So maybe hope NOT to hear from them this week.

Have they made decisions for the regular cycle already, or only for EA?
(EDIT: I tried to figure this out based on previous posts, but since Fordham's EA deadline for submission is 10/15, and most people who have heard have only posted the date they went complete, I can't tell.)

If you are not EA there, that means you submitted after November 15th, which is just a week ago. I doubt they have decisions on apps submitted in the past week.

That makes sense. I was confused because junebug99 got in the other day, with an application complete on the 2nd of November, which seemed really late to me for EA.

app complete: 11/2
LSAT: 164

Actually, this is wrong. You had to be
complete by November 15, but
submitted by the 1st.

From what i can tell, if you have excellent stats it does not matter if you applied ED or RD. They will accept you early in the hopes to lure you into the school. UCLA does this as well, even when they do have an ED program, all the people they have accepted so far are all from RD.
As for checking out the stats of people accepted either read through the past 17 pages or go to

Beat me to it, Botwin. With those two extra weeks, they've had plenty of time to start reviewing us RD'ers... I hope.

So is this information from the FAQ section on their website wrong?
Do you have an early action program?
Yes, although it is not binding and you must qualify. To qualify, you must take the LSAT prior to September 2008 and submit your application by October 15. You will be notified by December 15th as long as your file is completed and ready for review.
I'm sure the correct info is on the apps themselves, and it doesn't matter to me because I submitted on Nov. 9th, but it's still weird that the website seems to be posting false information.
