I have been UR since October 23rd with numbers over both 75th percentiles and wrote a why UVA essay. Nothing since then. Should I be worried or am I just paranoid?

Probably just paranoid. If your Why UVA was sincere and decently well written, you'll be fine

Submitted on 9/19 and accepted on 9/21. I attended a dinner before the cycle started so I'm not sure sure if this timeline is relevant for people who are going to dinners mid-cycle.

I was thinking that they sped mine up because I'm auto-ding so you know... why bother reading it, just send the ding and be done with it. Maybe this is actually the case and they're taking more time to read yours.
